We like the place - it was cosy, kitchen and living area on the first floor and bedroom on the second including view from the balcony! We stayed there when it was not hot outside, so the apartment was pre-heated before our arrival. There is even a washing machine. It is a small home with everything you might need.

The view is amazing! The apartment is adorable and very clean with what appeared to be all new furniture and kitchen. The hosts were phenomenal and helped us with parking as well as recommendations on what to see.

Perfect stay. We felt at home as soon as we arrived. The temperature was set for 21°C, super cozy. Everything was sparkling clean and smelled great! The decor is very nice and everything looks new. The biggest perk is obviously the view - better than the pictures and the calm area that is still very close to other locations of como. On a side note parking is not very easy (but this is a reality in Como overall) but Daniela gave us some good tips on where to find parking. 10/10 would recommend!

Danielas place is really well equipped, clean and comfortable, so comfortable in fact that we spent a whole day when it was raining chilling out in the apartment. The bus stop and convenience store is close by and the views are great from the terrace. We couldn’t have asked for more when we were looking for a quiet and cosy lake Como stay! Thanks Daniela!

Everything is brand new and in pristine condition. They have such an eye for detail you will notice when you arrive.

A luxurious place and a beautiful apartment. The apartment has everything you need and more 🙂 The view from the terrace is so stunning that you don't want to leave. The owners are very responsive, answering questions and explaining in detail how to get to the apartment. It can be difficult to get to the apartments because they are pretty high up. Otherwise, I recommend these apartments as great.

The apartment was spotless with all the amenities you need including a grill on the deck. The view is priceless and the terrace and balcony allow you to take full advantage of it. The one down side was that we came on a very hot weekend in August and the apartment got quite hot and stuffy, especially the bedroom. If you are coming in the summer I would request a fan.
